I visit Diamond Ridge patients once or twice a week. I rarely miss a week. There are plenty of administrators and even more staff. Friendly and attentive patient people work there. The food menus are expansive and it always smells like something good is cooking.

Great experience! The facility is very clean,the reception team was welcoming, they provide great care to residents like safety, infection control, clear communication, treat patients like family members.

Diamond Ridge HC, actually surprised me. I saw plenty of nurses, the place was clean, did not smell like other places I been to. Is up-to-date, the people were friendly as well as the staff. The receptionist was courteous. This place looks well managed. Very clean.

Very responsive staff! RN’s Arianna and Lucille, along with the relief RN’s, MJ, Onyi and Jean, all worked with the Dr and PT staff to get my wife back on her feet and home again. We appreciate the care and attention given to our family. Ours was a short stay but very productive. Thank you to all of the staff!

Walking in to a very unfamiliar place is sometimes difficult…JUN at the front desk was very helpful in assisting me signing in and tells me in detail where my friends room was. When walking in, staff members were helpful in guiding me…Jun is a great representative of your company and should be commended.

The staff at Diamond Ridge took excellent care of my sister, as well as always being helpful and kind to the family.
They called us whenever there was any change in her condition, or anything at all going on with her. We were, and still are, impressed with how very well they kept us informed, all along the way.
There were just a couple of things that didn’t work well for my sister, and once the staff was told, adjustments were made in her care, making my sister more comfortable, both emotionally and physically.
Once, when my cousin was at the nurses station, discussing a change that needed to be made, a doctor interjected some unpleasant comments from the sidelines. It was an isolated, one time occurrence. His behavior was completely out of character to every other person we encountered there.
The nurse still listened, and the appropriate changes were made, to assure that my sister got care that was best for her needs.
She was well cared for and never afraid there.
On her final day, they treated the family with kindness and respect, and showed genuine compassion and caring at her passing.
That was a week ago, and in that time, they’ve reached out to her son, with sympathy and compassion.
We are abundantly thankful that we chose their facility for her to spend her final four months.
I thank her care staff for helping to make a very difficult time as easy as it could have been.
She had her favorite staff members, who she would joke back and forth with. I won’t mention any names, for fear I might leave someone out, but one of the favorites or not, they were all kind to her. I give them my heartfelt thanks.
Knowing what we know now, if we were back at the beginning of this four months, we would again choose Diamond Ridge.

Alesa M. is just the best CNA here. She really cares about the patients and she makes my days here bearable. I would give her a 10 out of 10! Great job Alesa!

A great place with a great staff. The food is good. The place is very well keep up. Quail Lodge has many programs to keep the residences involved in their daily lives.

I paid a visit to your facility today and I must say I was very impressed. Your staff was very sweet and kind, and obviously make your residence safety and health their top priority.
