I was admitted to diamond ridge medical center after accident causing severe injuries to both feet no weight bearing administrative staff-courteous, professional, checking on , efficient Medical staff-caring, knowledgable and positive Physical, occupational therapists. Excellent programs working with patients to meet mobility and improve Living needs, and meet goals. Dietician and kitchen working with individuals for wants in meal preparation, services exceeded expectation.

My mother recently had a Nursing Home stay at Diamond Ridge Nursing, and I can’t express enough gratitude for the outstanding care she received, particularly from the rehabilitation department. My mom entered the facility after a long stay in the hospital and she was weak and with the incredible support and expertise of the rehabilitation team, she left walking with little assistance. The dedication and personalized attention she received were truly commendable. I must highlight when it came time to take mom home, he nurse took the time to walk us through the process and thoroughly explained the medications. Her knowledge and patience made us feel confident and prepared to take Mom home. Diamond Ridge Healthcare exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking top-notch rehabilitation services.

Visited my wife’s aunt there yesterday and talked to various members of the staff. She seems to be getting excellent care from staff who really care about her well-being.

My sister and I have had our brother Fernando stay at this facility for over 5 years now and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Everyone here has been so helpful throughout all of these years and ESPECIALLY his social worker Evy. She has made this process manageable especially during COVID times. Since we are unable to go inside and visit our brother, Evy brings him by the window and also brings a phone so that way we could hear his voice. I know something like this is so simple to do, but yet not everyone makes time to help out families that visit. Something this small makes a significant difference for my sister and I. We are very blessed to have met Evy and to have her as his social worker. Thank you to everyone at Diamond Ridge who has been of help, but ESPECIALLY Evy!

My mom is currently here and been for the past 2 years I don’t have anything negative to say. The staff are friendly, understanding and caring. Thank you to all the staff!!

My dad has been at Diamond Ridge for almost 3 years to this day and my family and I are so thankful for the service and staff members at this facility. It’s not easy to find a place that you can trust your loved one too. Diamond Ridge has exceeded our expectations and our trust. The staff members are always friendly and happy to help out. Staff is always in communication with us about anything concerning my dad. I highly recommend Diamond Ridge, due to the positive experience my dad and family have encountered.

My mother in law was at this facility and had a very pleasant experience. This was the first time for her to be in a nursing home so it was overwhelming. This was one of the facilities recommended to us by the hospital. The facility had a rep that came to the hospital to talk to us about the care that she will receive there. She eased us through the process and we made our decision. She encouraged us to come and take a tour and I’m glad we chose Diamond Ridge for her to get rehab. The rehab team was amazing, especially Chris. Thank you for the care my mother in law received.

I have a brother that resides here long term, and he absolutely loves it!! I highly recommend people bringing their loved ones to this convalescent home. The staff is very friendly and they treat my brother so well. The physical therapists are great, the head nurse is great, and the administrator is great! The whole staff goes above and beyond to provide a comfortable living environment for the residents. They also have some fun activities for the residents as well! Overall, I would definitely recommend this convalescent home for anyone. All that matters to me is seeing my brother happy, and at this convalescent home, he’s happy. 🙂

The occupational and physical rehab is EXCELLENT!  George, Myrna, Roberto, Antonio, et al…everyone is wonderful!!!!

This is my second experience with having my mother here for rehabilitation.  I have been so pleased with the services that I have received!  As soon as you walk into the building, you are greeted with a warm smile by Brianna who has also made it a point to say hello to my mom whenever she was near my mom’s room!  The Administrator, Tony, has gone OVER AND BEYOND to assist us with our every need!  He is always smiling and is very caring!! I truly appreciate everything he has done for us! Bobbie, the Director of Nurses is always very accessible! She even came with me to encourage my mom when she didn’t understand why she was there for therapy! Jeromme, the Assistant Director of Nurses,  is also very kind and took the time to listen to me about whatever the doctor recommended for my mom. A special mention to the nurse, Kris, who was so pleasant and would call me daily to tell me how my mom was doing during his shift. Karmela is another nurse that was also very receptive to whatever our needs were.  We also had great CNA’s…LaQuandra has a beautiful personality that is contagious!! Donnella is also energetic! Elisabeth is so kind and sweet!! Florinda and Olinda are also so gentle and helpful along with Karrin. Last but not least, the Physical Therapy department is efficient! Antonio is a hard worker and also gave me great advice concerning my mom. Chris is very kind, gentle and has a great sense of humor when working with my mom! The OT Myrna was also very helpful in addition to being a great “listening ear”. There are also others that I didn’t mention because I don’t know their names but I took the time to mention these individuals because many times, staff works hard but are not acknowledged or mentioned in these reviews.  Keep up the good work Diamond Ridge!!!  🙂  Keep going OVER AND BEYOND!!!

The staff is attentive, call lights are on for only a few mins, they take the residents outside and let them enjoy the fresh air, the place looks redone on the inside, friendly staff, daily activities for the residents and the physical therapy program is great! My mom is a huge fan of Mark (PT) Give them a try!
